I love the verb ‘Empower’. Some of my most exciting engagements were to educate executives of large organizations how to enable and empower their employees to exceed (not just meet!) their customers’ expectations each and everyday. They led by example. The ensuing relationships and rewards were enduring, exciting and exhilarating! So is your Sunshine! π Leigh
