Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude I love this! It took me a while to adopt this way thinking, as I always used to bring the baggage from yesterday with me. Constant emotional hangover, but changing things up with meditation and morning routines and these last couple of years have changed. Plus having kids doesn’t allow you to think too much about yesterday because you’re always behind, playing catch-up 🙂 Thanks so much for the reminder. LOVE it!
